Ramato della Fiamma

This unique wine is produced from a vineyard with fifty years of history and deep roots from our region. It Is a white wine treated like an old and aged red wine.
The grapes are harvested in late times, to concentrate juice and extract.
The wine has beautifully balanced, on the nose it gives hints of vanilla and honey with notes of ripe tropical fruits, with a refreshing and slightly creamy note on the midpalate.
Aged in the tonneau, the body of the wine is dense and rich. The good structure, balanced by fermentation and aging in the tonneaux, and the alcohol content, allow combinations with rich and tasty foods.
