Sparkling wine obtained with the MARTINOTTI METHOD. The base wine is obtained from the early processing of Sangiovese grapes, 2nd decade of August. Brut sparkling wine of good freshness and flavor, with floral notes and small red fruits. Discreet companion from all meal.
